Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, no-shows, or arrivals more than 30 minutes late will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a 20% cancellation fee.
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on availability. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments after a late cancelation, no-show, or missed appointment.
